These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the dhaks7 platform and all its services. By accessing or using this website ("Website") and all services and features under it ("Services"), you ("User" or "Player") are bound to comply with these Terms.

• Opening an account on behalf of a corporate, trust, or business entity is prohibited.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

dhaks7 may request completion of an identity verification process (Know Your Customer) at any time in the interest of protection and security. This process may require a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued documents. Withdrawals may be limited until verification is complete.

3.1 Login Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Sharing your login details with a third party or allowing them to use your account is strictly prohibited.

If you suspect unauthorized access or a security breach, notify our support team immediately. The account holder bears full responsibility for all activity on the account.

3.2 Account Verification

The account must be fully verified before any balance can be withdrawn. Only one payment method may be linked to an account, and the owner of the payment method and the account owner must be the same person.

3.3 Inactive Accounts

If no transactions are made on an account for an extended period (12 consecutive months), it may be marked as inactive. A maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts, which will be deducted directly from the account balance.

4.1 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount at dhaks7 is ৳100 (per method). There is no maximum deposit limit, however larger deposits may require additional verification.

4.2 Withdrawal Limits

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

The following conditions must be met to make a withdrawal:

• The account must be fully verified.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be met.
• The withdrawal payment method must match the deposit payment method (where possible).

4.3 Accepted Payment Methods

All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not currently supported.

4.4 Fees and Charges

dhaks7 generally does not charge any fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment providers may have their own fees, which are the responsibility of the user.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New account holders at dhaks7 can receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20x (20 times the bonus amount). This condition must be met before any winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• One welcome bonus applies per account.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another account.
• Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts on the same device, IP address, or payment method is prohibited.
• dhaks7 reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the account may be closed and all bonuses cancelled.
• Each promotion has its own expiry period; expired bonuses will be cancelled automatically.

5.4 VIP Program

The dhaks7 VIP program has three tiers. A weekly cashback benefit is available at each tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 1.2% weekly cashback

You can advance to a higher tier through regular participation and loyalty to the platform. Details of VIP benefits are subject to change.

6.1 Fair Play

dhaks7 uses software from established and certified game providers to ensure fair and impartial outcomes across all games. A Random Number Generator (RNG) is used to determine game results.

6.2 Game Disputes

In the event of any dispute regarding a game result, the game provider's server logs will be considered the final evidence. If a game is not completed correctly due to a technical error, that round will be considered void and the bet will be returned.

6.3 Technical Issues

dhaks7 is not liable if a game is interrupted due to a server outage, loss of internet connection, or any other technical reason. However, every effort will be made to resolve issues on a fair basis.

6.4 Responsible Gaming

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Operating multiple accounts or using an account on behalf of another person.
• Abuse of the bonus system, bonus arbitrage, or bonus hunting.
• Money laundering or illegal transfer of funds.

• Any attempt to manipulate game results.
• Collusion with other players (organized cheating).
• Operating an account using a false identity or information.
• Abuse of chargebacks or payment disputes.
• Any attempt to interfere with the platform's security systems.

dhaks7 and its operators are not liable for:

• Any financial loss resulting from use of the games or services.
• Loss caused by internet connection issues or failure of third-party services.
• Loss caused by unauthorized access to an account (where this results from the user's own negligence).
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

Our total liability will not in any circumstances exceed the amount deposited by the user in that month.

11.3 Self-Exclusion
